- Profile: Intensive bouquet of fresh fruit with hints of citrus and a mineral, sparkling freshness. Medium-bodied and balanced, with a long-lasting finish. Excellent as an aperitif as well as with starters and all variations of grilled fish, pasta and vegetable dishes. Best served at approx. 10° C (50° F).
